Each set of nail files comes in a jewelry pouch, made of 100% silk and sewn by women in the S.P.I.R.A.L Foundation's Kathmandu workshop. Believe it or not, these nail files work like an emory board and are actually scales from a Pirarucu fish, the second largest freshwater fish in the world. Native to the Amazon, this fish has become quite rare in the wild, and therefore the nail files we offer are from farm-raised Pirarucu fish of the Amazon. Each pair of nail files comes with an extensive story card with care and use instructions. All proceeds from the sale of S.P.I.R.A.L Foundation items help fund medical and education projects, as well as the growth of Himalayan HealthCare supported Ilam Clinic in Nepal.Country of Origin: India
